Questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription yourself from the Billing page. Your data stays available to export.
Do you take a cut of my deposits?
No. Deposits go straight to your own Stripe account. You only pay the subscription.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time from the Billing page. Upgrades apply right away and you pay the prorated difference; downgrades leave a credit for your next invoices. Nothing is deleted if you're over a limit after a downgrade.
What if I send more texts than my plan includes?
Extra texts cost 4¢ each and are added to your next invoice. You can set a monthly cap on the Billing page so there are no surprises.
What happens if a payment fails?
We email you and keep everything running for a 7-day grace period while you update your card.
Can I move to self-hosting later?
Yes. Export your business as a file from Admin → Export and import it into your own installation. Customers' booking links keep working once your domain points to it.
